Description
Primaheal: Tulle Dressing For burns, skin graft, bed sores and other major injuries where skin has been damaged partially or fully. It is effective against a wide range of vegetative forms of gram positive & gram-negative bacteria.

- Each dressing contains ointment with Yellow Soft Paraffin B.P.
How does it work:
Yellow soft paraffin acts as a moisturizer and helpful to treat dry skin conditions. It keeps the skin smooth and flexible by retaining the moisture.
Directions for use:
- Clean the wound area
- Remove the Primaheal dressing from the pack
- Apply gently on the wound area
- Apply a clean bandage over the Primaheal dressing to protect the medicated dressing
- Retain the medicated dressing up to 10 hours
- Remove dressing and follow routine wound management procedure as per physician’s advice.
