Description

• Indications : 
• Urinary alkalinisation where indicated in the treatment of urinary tract infections like cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis.
• • Symptomatic relief of dysuria.
• • To enhance the action of certain antibiotics especially gentamycin, sulfonamides, kanamycin, streptomycin.
• • In gout especially when treated with uricosurics and possibly allopurinol.
• • Symptomatic treatment of gastric hyperacidity.
• • In higher doses exerts mild laxative action.

• Recommended Dosage: 
• Adults: 1-2 Sachets in 3/4th of a glass of water three times daily.
• Children: 6 to 12 years of age: One Sachet in half a glass of water two to three times daily.
• Children under 6 years of age: As directed by the physician.
• Dissolve entire contents of sachet in about 3/4th of a glass of water.
• Drink after effervescence settles. Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry place.
• Protect from moisture & light. Keep out of reach of children.
